Your details
When you submit a booking request, the hotel receives your name, mobile number, optional email, travel dates, guest count, room preference and any notes. These details are saved in the hotel’s enquiry inbox and used to respond to your request.
Email and WhatsApp
If you provide an email address, an acknowledgement may be sent after your request is saved. This is not a booking confirmation. WhatsApp requests open WhatsApp for you to review and send; WhatsApp handles those messages under its own privacy terms.
Your choices
Please provide only the information needed for your stay. Do not submit identity documents, card details or sensitive personal information here. Contact the hotel to ask about your submitted details, their retention or deletion.
